Returns and Complaints
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance agreement and refund of full delivery cost if the order is not send. The consumer is required to submit an appropriate return declaration form in writing to the address: Sobucky Ltd ul. Grabskiego 25J/1, 20-330 Lublin, Poland or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customer has not have the right to cancel the order if the purchased goods were produced custom upon customer order, this include all nicotine bases at 1l or 5l above 6mg.
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept "Try and Return" items.
Please note, the Buyer is responsible for the return costs and has a Duty of Care to ensure the items are returned in good condition. The consumer has the right to a full refund, except delivery cost if the parcel is returned by custom. Refunds are processed within 72 hours once parcel arrive back to the warehouse and is signed for. The full refund is processed by the same payment method which originally was used by the customer, unless consumer agrees for a different type of method. The Buyer is responsible for the return costs.
All complaints in relation to purchase, order or Terms and Conditions should be addressed to b2b.Molinshop via email on email@example.com or in writing on Sobucky Ltd ul. Grabskiego 25J/1, 20-330 Lublin, Poland. The Seller will issue the final response to the customer within 14 working days from the date of receiving the complaint. Refunds for successful complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of issue the final response into the bank account or PayPal appointed by the Buyer.
